Candy AI vs Secrets AI
Candy AI checked 20 August 2026 · Secrets AI checked 30 August 2026
The short version
Secrets AI, on the one axis this page is really about: they print their billing descriptor on the pricing page, before you pay. "Your statement will simply show a charge from S LABS INC, whether it's a subscription or a Moments purchase. There is no mention of Secrets anywhere on your bill." Candy AI's charge reads EverAI, and you will not learn that from their shopfront.
That is a smaller-sounding thing than it is. An unfamiliar line on a statement reads as fraud until you can name it, and the most common reason people dispute a charge they actually authorised is that they could not recognise it. Telling the customer costs nothing and prevents the chargeback.
On price the two are not really comparable and the page will not pretend. Secrets AI is $109.99 a year, shown as $9.17 a month, against $39.99 month to month — a 77% gap between the two ways of buying the same thing. It includes 8,000 Moments a month and nowhere says what a Moment buys. Candy publishes 2 tokens an image on a 100-token plan, which is the number Secrets does not give you.
Both price lists
| Plan | Per month | Buys |

| Candy AI Premium, annual€3.99, billed for 12 months | $4.31 | 50Photos |
| Candy AI Premium Plus, annual€18.00, billed for 12 months | $19.44 | 165Photos |
| Secrets AI | ||
| Secrets AI Premium, monthly | $39.99 | 8,000Allowance |
| Secrets AI Premium, annualbilled $109.99 a year | $9.17 | 8,000Allowance |
| Secrets AI Ultimate, annualPremium plus $17.50 a month | $26.67 | 8,000Allowance |
There is no per-unit column here, and that is deliberate: Candy AI and Secrets AI do not sell the same countable thing, or one of them publishes an allowance and never publishes what it buys. Dividing money by that produces a confident number about nothing.
- Their prices are in euros and converted at 1.08 — an assumption, not a quote. Your card will do its own conversion and charge you for doing it.
- Their headline €3.99 is a twelve-month price, not a monthly one. Comparing it against a month-to-month plan is the comparison their shopfront invites and it is not an honest one, so the table puts annual against annual and monthly against monthly.
- The allowance column is two different units and is not a comparison. 8,000 Moments is their number; 160 credits is ours and each one is a photograph.
- Their Ultimate tier is shown on their page as "+$17.50/mo" on top of Premium. The $26.67 here is that addition applied to the annual rate; we did not see Ultimate priced on its own.
Candy AI free
Candy AI gives new accounts a one-off allowance of tokens to try the product. It is a welcome grant rather than a monthly one, so it runs out exactly when you have decided you like it, which is what a welcome grant is for.
Secrets AI free
Secrets AI has a free tier you can sign up for without a card. What it includes was not stated on the pricing page we read, so we are not going to characterise it.
Two descriptors, one of them findable
Candy AI is operated by EverAI Limited in Malta, and EverAI is the string on the statement. It is discreet, which is the point, and it is why people end up searching the descriptor months later — the whole reason a page like this gets read.
Secrets AI is Secret Labs Inc., Dover, Delaware, and the statement reads S LABS INC. The difference is not the discretion. Both are discreet. The difference is that one company tells you which unfamiliar string to expect and the other leaves you to find out from your bank.
If you are here because of a charge you do not recognise: EverAI is Candy AI, S LABS INC is Secrets AI, and both are legitimate companies billing for a subscription somebody signed up to. Neither is a fraudulent charge, which does not mean somebody with access to the card meant to keep paying it.
The gap between paying monthly and paying yearly
Secrets AI's monthly rate is $39.99 and its annual is $109.99, which is $479.88 against $109.99 over twelve months — their own badge says 77% off. A discount that size means the monthly price is not really a plan; it is the price of not committing, set high enough that almost nobody should choose it.
Candy's ladder is steep in the same direction — 70% off at twelve months, by their own shopfront — and its headline €3.99 is a twelve-month price displayed as a monthly one, which is the specific piece of theatre worth knowing about before you compare anything to it.
Both, then, are annual-plan products with a monthly rate that exists to make the annual look good. That is normal and it is not dishonest as long as the terms are legible, and in both cases the terms are legible if you read carefully enough.
What each one wins on
Where Candy AI wins
- Published per-action token costs, so 100 tokens can be turned into 50 images before you pay. Secrets publishes an allowance and no exchange rate.
- A larger, older character library with more history behind the models.
- User personas, chat customisation and 20 memory slots on the top tier.
- Voice messages and calls, priced out of the same balance.
Where Secrets AI wins
- They print the billing descriptor before purchase. Almost nothing in this category does, and it is the most useful line on their site.
- Unlimited messaging alongside the Moments allowance, with image and video generation in the same plan.
- A named US entity with an address, and a visible dated review wall.
- A cheaper annual rate than Candy's Premium Plus, if the Moments allowance turns out to be generous — which is the part nobody outside can check.
What we could not check
Both companies keep their checkout behind a signup. Where a number was not readable without an account it is listed here rather than taken from a review site that earns a commission on the answer.
- Candy AI: As of 30 August 2026 candy.ai shows no price to a signed-out browser — the plans are behind the registration modal. The euro figures above were read off their shopfront on 20 August and we have left the earlier date on them rather than restamping numbers we could not re-open.
- Candy AI: We have not put a card through their checkout, so the renewal price after the first twelve-month term is not something we can state.
- Secrets AI: What a Moment buys. No per-action cost is published, so there is no per-image figure here.
- Secrets AI: What the Ultimate tier adds beyond the $17.50 a month, and whether it changes the allowance.
- Secrets AI: The free tier's contents.
We do not print our descriptor either, and writing that down here is the cheapest way to make sure it gets fixed.
